Natural Resources

With an aim to contribute to the attainment of the objectives of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP), the Common Fisheries Policy (CFP), and the Community environment policy, the European Union allocates a significant share of the total Community budget.

This section presents the newly structured financial assistance in support of agriculture, fisheries and environment fields for the 2007-2013 budgetary period.

Funding will be available through the following instruments:

European Agricultural Guarantee Fund (EAGF)

European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD)

European Fisheries Fund (EFF)

LIFE+ (Financial Instrument for the Environment)
