Jeremie
Jeremie is an initative of the European Commission together with the European Investment Bank and the European Investment Fund. It aims to increase the access to finance for the development of micro and SME entreprises in the regions of the EU. The European Regional Development Fund will grant money that will be channelled in Jeremie through EIF, then to local financial intermediaies which will provide financing to SMEs.

Jessica
Jessica is an initative from the Commission and the EIB and the Council of the European Develpment Bankto promote sustainable investment in urban areas.

Joint Technology Initiatives
These initiatives are long-term public private partnership covering a small number of selected aspects in different fields of research. They combine private sector investment, and national and European public funding. This concept has been included in FP7 as a new way to realise public-private partnership in order to define and implement a programme of research, technological development and demonstration in a more efficient manner.
